Biography

I’m a Business Services Manager at Alexander Spencer, where I lead a team delivering tax compliance and business advisory services to a wide range of clients. I enjoy creating clarity and structure for those I work with - whether it’s solving complex tax issues, guiding businesses through budgeting and forecasting, or mentoring staff as they develop their technical and professional skills.

Earlier in my career, I worked in multinational firms in Singapore, I find that international exposure has given me a more open perspective on accounting having worked in the global sphere. It taught me to adapt quickly, and understand how different markets operate. That experience continues to shape how I think and how I lead - bringing both precision and broader context to the work we do for our clients here in Australia.

I have completed my Masters in Business Law as well as my CPA. This experience means I can apply more context to my work with clients on their accounting;  providing insights into legislative research and tax laws on top of my accounting experience.

A highlight of my career at Alexander Spencer was presenting at the RACGP conference, where I spoke to medical professionals about key tax considerations in their field. Translating complex financial ideas into something meaningful and helpful for others is one of the most rewarding parts of my job.

I like to lead by example - staying calm under pressure, working through problems logically, and always being approachable and open with the team. I value consistency, growth, and making meaningful contributions both to our clients and our internal culture.

Outside of work, I’m passionate about kickboxing (a 15 year journey) and keeping fit. I’m also active in a few local sports clubs - not just for the competition, but for the community. It’s a great way to stay balanced and bring fresh energy into everything I do.
