Role Purpose:
In this role you will deliver accounting, taxation and associated business services to a diverse client base, including small and medium enterprises and individual clients. You will work with clients operating through various structures such as trusts, partnerships and companies.
Do:
Provide accounting and taxation services tailored to clients needs
Prepare income tax returns and financial statements while adhering to budgets
Prepare and review activity statements
Liaise with ATO and government bodies
Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards
Have:
A degree in Commerce, Business or Accounting
2-3 years of experience in tax and business advisory services
Public practice accounting experience (desirable)
Undertaking or seeking to commence CPA/CA
Exposure to timesheets and budget adherence
Experience with CGT, GST, PAYG, FBT, Payroll Tax and Division 7a
Technical proficiency in MSOffice, MYOB, Xero, QBO, Reckon
