Your Role in Our Mission

As an Intermediate Accountant, you’ll deliver accounting, taxation, and business services to a diverse client base, including small and medium enterprises and individuals. Working with various structures such as trusts, partnerships, and companies, you’ll play a pivotal role in helping clients overcome challenges and seize opportunities.

What You’ll Do:

  • Prepare income tax returns and financial statements with precision.

  • Prepare and advise on BAS, FBT, GST, Payroll Tax, Div 7A and statutory reporting requirements.

  • Provide tailored accounting and taxation advice.

  • Liaise with clients, key stakeholders and the ATO.

  • Collaborate with clients to understand their goals and deliver meaningful insights.

  • Ensure compliance with regulations and liaise with government bodies like the ATO.

  • Proactively identify opportunities to add value and improve client outcomes.

What We’re Looking For

We value people who are driven, curious, and committed to excellence. You’ll thrive in this role if you have:

  • A degree in Commerce, Business, or Accounting.

  • 3-4 years’ experience in tax and business advisory services.

  • Public practice accounting experience (preferred).

  • Progressing toward or intending to complete a CPA or CA qualification.

  • Technical proficiency in software like Xero and MYOB.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and a can-do attitude.

  • A desire to learn, grow, and contribute to a dynamic team.
